  3. Enter to “Product Warranty Registration Form” online page, Complete the information, product details and serial number.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. Warranty Scope
    • Warranty is exclusively applicable to products owned by Sound Vision Co., Ltd.
    • Warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase, subject to the company’s warranty conditions.

2. Warranty Limitations

    • This warranty does not cover:
      • External device components
      • Components naturally deteriorating through standard usage
      • Accessories subject to normal wear and tear

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

    • Buyers must:
      • Attach the warranty card
      • Provide detailed description of product malfunction
      • Submit the product requiring service to the company

4. Warranty Validation

    • To utilize warranty rights, customers must present:
      • Original purchase receipt
      • Warranty card with complete, unaltered information
    • These documents will serve as proof of purchase date during service

5. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

    • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
      • Transportation after purchase by the buyer
      • Improper usage
      • Non-standard electrical supply
      • Incompatible equipment usage
      • Fire incidents
      • Natural disasters
      • Accidents
      • Animal-related damages
      • Unforeseeable circumstances
      • Intentional destruction
      • Altered or tampered product serial numbers
      • Conditions not meeting warranty criteria
      • Incorrect operation beyond user manual instructions

6. Additional Limitations

    • The company will not be responsible for:
      • Products serviced elsewhere
      • Products modified or altered by any means
